So yeah going through Aunenen in a Crane, and WI. alliance is there with about 50+ probes all in a 15km sphere and has a medium sized gate camp. Now I'm not saying that this is an exploit because I should be able to use my cloaky goodness to get...

I think this is a well thought out and balanced idea. High sec in 0.5-0.7 space should have the option of cap ships at least so they can take out high sec POSes. Taking them out in BSes is 5X more boring then sieging in dreads.
